| 15672 | TC887E14YX | TC887E5HDZ | 4001 | Multi-query | Landmark Home Solutions | Okay it's a corner lot has a fire hydrant within a half a block it has a carport when you pull up in the driveway when you walk in that side door there's a laundry room you walk through the laundry room into the kitchen there's a huge living area with a fireplace and then it it breaks it breaks off and goes into another big living area or a den with an office and when you're in the living room if you go down the hall there's a bedroom on the left which is a TV room and bathroom on the right it's been upgraded there's a newer ream gas furnace and then next it is a back bedroom and then to the right of it is the master bedroom with bathroom in it it's all been recently redone we've put insulation last year in the Attic of the whole house more than a foot we shot up in there we rented the gun from Lowe's it's got a backyard that's enclosed with privacy fence there's an Arizona room on the Carmichael side of the home the home inside is really nice it's all tile throughout the whole house all the paint and all the rooms are an excellent shape on the outside it does need fascia board and you know of course it's painted you know the the board's painted prime and painting the the roof is in good shape I don't know how new the coding is on it it's within the last four or five years and putting another one on there wouldn't be a problem I don't think we're cleaning up the front and the backyard we've held all the the dead foliage out and we're going to make it look nice he's got a lot of sandstone that he's going to leave with the home to do the backyard so you'll have sandstone to walk on a flagstone the whole house is furnished I don't know if you would want to purchase all that also but you know it's completely furnished and there's a lot of nice things in there that his mom collected that's an off of the the room that has the like a den you go out a door there and you in the backyard and there's rod on privacy that you can lock so nobody can get into that way and the Arizona room there's a door on the end of it that you can walk out into the backyard also there's pomegranate trees there's a bunch of plants in the back that he's going to leave and we're going to clean it up so that it looks really nice and I guess that's that's all unless you have some questions any more questions | 5.48s | 4007 | SUCCESS | Mar 21, 2026 04:25 | |
